FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
This will vary based on the package you select. Full sessions will come with 15 fully edited digital photos at no extra charge, while half-sessions include 8 fully edited digitals. You are welcome to purchase more if you can't choose!
How should we dress for our family session?
This is totally up to you! Presentable clothing is totally fine! Matchy-matchy clothes aren't necessary but keep in mind what vibe you are going for in your photos.
What’s the best time to have a session?
For outdoor sessions I prefer late evening when the sun is near setting. This allows me lighting that isn't too harsh and will help with saving your eyes! For studio sessions, any time is perfectly okay!
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your session at any time. However, a non-refundable deposit is required for any booking. You may reschedule your session for another date without losing your deposit.
Can I get prints?
Yes! You can order prints straight from your gallery. You just add your chosen photo to your cart and a pop up will prompt you to choose how you would like your product. Pixieset handles all orders directly. Marissa Ellis Photography is NOT responsible for prints.
